Fire inspections are done once a year, usually from June through October of all businesses in the Ripon Area Fire District fire area.
The standard fee for all first-time Fire Inspections in a calendar year will be assessed according to the following schedule:

0-50,000 $25
50,000-200,000 $200
200,000 and above $350
If there is a violation found, the inspector will need to do a reinpection to see that the item was remedied.
Additional fees for re-Inspections in a calendar year will be assessed according to the following schedule:

All of these fees are put on your property tax bill and paid along with the property taxes for the year.
